INÉS: It is five in the morning in Huila, and the pickers are already on the slope. Only the deep red cherries go into the basket: a green one would make your cup taste like grass.
TOMASZ: Six weeks from now, the seeds of these cherries will be in my roaster in Kraków. In this course we follow one of them all the way, and you will learn what happens at every step.
INÉS: Six chapters: origins, the farm, roasting, brewing, tasting, and your own signature cup. Take your time. Coffee is slow.
